Barangays in Novaliches, Mandaluyong and Makati were given an early Christmas gift. Each barangay, whose members shopped at SM Hypermarket, were given back a percentage of their total purchases for two weeks.  The barangay captains were awarded their gift cheques in the branches, and were assured of a grand barangay christmas party for their constituents.  For us, the fact that we made new friends amongst our neighboring barangays is a gift that is priceless.
