Our first store in SM City Sucat opened in May 2001.
This was followed by our second branch in SM City Bicutan in November 2002.
Our third store in SM City Marilao opened in November 2003.
Our branches in SM Supercenter Valenzuela and SM Supercenter Molino opened their doors to the public in October and November 2005 respectively. The 2nd quarter of 2006 opened three more Hypermarket branches in SM City Clark, SM Mall of Asia, SM City North EDSA. The 9th SM Hypermarket branch opened in August 2006 in SM Supercenter Pasig. As we continue to grow, we will be opening more branches in the next years to come.
All our stores have modern, spacious facilities, customer friendly display racks and more than 40
check-out lanes. At SM Hypermarket, one can find Food, Fresh and Frozen items that you buy from
a supermarket and General Merchandise products that one can buy from a department store.
Our stores also offer other services such as bills payment, foreign exchange, package counters, gift
wrapping, delivery services, wholesale transactions and paging systems - all designed to make
shopping with us worth the time, money and effort.
We also have in-store promotions that make shopping with us an exciting experience - “Shop & Win” raffle, “Big Shoppers, Win More” roulette game, “Super Chefs, Super Treats” cooking activity, Bi-monthly mailers, Value Packs and
Consignor’s Free Gift Promotions.
